“Camino walk with friends”

Basic but clean , staff wonderful and helpful - guided me with my blistered foot to get appropriate help , very kind staff . Perfect for a one night stop off on Camino . Breakfast was a buffet , quite simple hence dropped a star in my review . Beds really comfy - we all like hard / firm mattresses

Some of the other reviews do not do the Bradomin justice. It is what it is, a simple, clean, bright and contempory Camino walkers refuge. It was a one night stay but we were generally pleasantly surpirised. The reception staff were both very friendly and helpful, spoke reasonable English (much better than my Spanish!). Our room was clean and the shower spot-on. Our was part of our Camino itinerary and breakfast was include. The breakfast, although not 4* was great value for money. A good location to explore the quaint town from too. Recommended.

“A nice hotel in a nice town”

Breakfast is included. It is "good enough", but then one must realize that I was really beginning to miss ham and eggs at this point. :-) The room was on the top floor and very quiet. The bed comfortable. The shower unique in that it was a tub that is 1/2 as long as I'm used to, but still I took a long soak to try to ease the pangs of the Camino hike and heal my poor toes. There are a number of restaurants close by, including some on the water front. The price was right. They have a special for the Camino hikers. This is a place to hold up while waiting for the right boat to take you to Padron. We were there in the "off-season" so most folks were relegated to a Zodiac that seats about 16 people. Our friends who left the day before we did were quite vocal in warning us. There is also a "speed boat" that the local albergue recommends. After viewing both, I think I'd rather wait for a taxi or something. Luckily for us, enough folks showed up that all the Zodiacs were cancelled and we all got on the big boat for a very enjoyable trip. The boat called our hotel to tell us that our departure time had changed to 8:30 from 10:00. We only got the message though because we ran into other hikers who had gotten it earlier.

A fairly basic and austere hotel. The lady on Reception kindly threw in breakfast when we checked in (though breakfast proved to be pretty basic). The internet barely functioned in the Reception area (we were told on arrival that it didn’t work in rooms) for most of our stay. Although we reported this to Reception soon after our arrival, a technician didn’t appear until shortly before our departure, after which the internet was fine.
