We booked this hotel for a family holiday me my partner and our 10 months old for a week and when we arrived it was quite late at night but we was welcomed and well looked after with food available , as soon as we arrived the staff are absolutely lovely and very friendly with our daughter we was quite nervous on how the hotel would be seeing as it had only been open a couple of days but honestly we don't have any bad words This hotel is very clean and I would definitely say a 4 star hotel we definitely will be back very soon. Entertainment staff amazing with Hamza and Aya to name a few. It is paradise 3hours away!!!!

Aya was brilliant very friendly and very nice always helpful really nice lady very friendly with adults and kids..she is one of the entertainers brilliant lady thank you for the nice stay x I recommend this hotel will be back DEFINITELY HOTEL IN ALL IS LOVELY PLACE IN HAMMERMET

Hotel is spotless, staff are friendly helpful and polite... can be a little over friendly but I'm told that's the typical tunisian way if you have blue eyes !! Ladies be aware lol. Rooms were clean. Beds comfy. Fridge in room was great for storing water. Hotel give out bottled water as and when you need it . Especially useful for cleaning teeth as we were told not to drink the water... on that note we did have ice and salads in the hotel and all four of us were fine . No tummy upsets at all. Pool areas clean and plenty of sunbeds. Beach Is lovely and plenty of sunbeds too so no rushing to get one Each day the animation team were doing darts archery boules football volley ball dancing gymnastics aqua gym . Lots to do. Show each night with dancing and disco afterwards. The staff couldn't do enough to make sure everyone was having a nice stay. Food was OK, like I said we all tried everything and no illness. My only criticism would be meats quite tough, food tends to be the same each day. Every morning there would be a large queue for omelette or boiled eggs as they were done to order. I feel it would be best for them to make a lot of scrambled eggs ,fried eggs and boiled and then people wouldn't have to wait so long. Obviously it's a Muslim country so no bacon and sausage. I didn't mind this but was getting annoyed at waiting so long for an egg breakfast. We tried the Italian a la carte.. more like a la can't! Food was poor, meat tough, pasta bland no garlic bread in sight, I had beef and it was to tough to eat. Friend had chicken which was like little bullets covered in sesame seeds ( didn't think Italian cooked with sesame seeds, more like asain food) other friend had fish , that came with chips?? Not italian at all. staff worked extremely hard but need to sort the recipes out to taste like an Italian. I was disappointed with this resturant, especially being called a la carte. We ventured out to the shop on day and felt quite intimidated at one point especially when we got locked in until we bought something. I wouldn't recommend going to the shop outside the hotel on the right. Very pushy and don't go alone . Money.. we changed money in hotel to use as tips. The coins don't have numbers so it took a while to work out what's what. Tips go along way here so we would tip a couple of coins throughout the day. I left the maid some children's bits like colouring book, paints skipping rope sunglasses ( from poundland) and she was overwhelmed. The staff earn very little so little gestures help them. Transfer time was roughly 1 hour Overall I found this hotel extremely beautiful, staff helpfull, layout great, rooms fab especially the little hosepipe bidet.. what a game changer!! I only came for 3 nights so didn't do any trips. Would I come again? Yes I came with 3 other women, all of us blue eyed and blonde. Just be aware that some of the waiters will give you all the flattery you can take, after we spoke to him some more it was obvious he wanted a British passport by way of marriage. He'd previously married german guest and was now divorced. So bear in mind there is a motive behind their flirting. One even asked my friend if she could employ him as her butler back home! Don't be naive.
