“Great location , food and service”

Had a great time , the hotel and location is very good and it has access from the back entrance via a lift to your own vip area on the beach front with food and drinks included , good , staff and food was great especially the Turunc Ala carte restaurant , can’t wait to come back

Great holiday to celebrate a special 70th birthday. Were there as a family of 8, adults & children. Had booked 3 x double rooms with part see view. Great holiday to celebrate a special 70th birthday. Were there as a family of 8, adults & children. Had booked 3 x double rooms with part see view. On arrival, me the birthday boy & my wife, had a room upgraded to sea view. Complete with, birthday cake, bottle of red wine, plate of fruit & to top it off, balloons everywhere. Really good of the hotel to make it special. Amenities at hotel were perfect. Children could play football/volleyball just to name a few, without worrying about them. The hotel & grounds are well secure. All inclusive is as it says. Ice cream included. All the staff from, greeting,restaurant, bar & reception were very helpful and made us welcome. Special mention to the pool waiter on rollerblades. He never spilt a drop. Brilliant holiday. Would recommend for sure. Nothing to do with the holiday, but one negative to mention. One evening in the upper lobby bar, an area was partitioned off for, (A delegation of rixos management) holding a roundtable type meeting with us on holiday looking on. Surely Rixos would have a private function room for these meetings. Thanks again to all.

“Beautiful hotel, friendly staff - a few improvements suggested”

Beautiful hotel and pools, we felt very safe and it’s truly all inclusive. Drinks, ice cream, food, we didn’t spend much at all when there as the hotel had it covered. Beautiful hotel and pools, we felt very safe and it’s truly all inclusive. Drinks, ice cream, food, we didn’t spend much at all when there as the hotel had it covered. The heated outdoor pool was lovely for the overcast days. In terms of room, it was ok. The sofa beds are rock hard and not really suitable for sleeping on. We arranged for extra fold away beds to be squeezed into our room which worked well except we had to beg most nights for the beds to be returned to the room each night. We agreed 9pm each day but 10.30pm would roll round with no sign of the beds until we chased multiple times. If you can I would book rooms which truly have sleeping space for 4 people. The buffet has a wide variety but I found the vegan options very limited. Even the rice was cooked with milk. The biggest issue with the buffet by far though is the temperature of the food. It’s lukewarm at best. We went early to the buffet in case that was the issue, but still the food wasn’t very warm. Shame. As the week went on we learnt to go to the pool side bar for food in the day: it was fresh and warm. The pasta chef in the buffet is amazing too, so we started having freshly cooked pasta each night to avoid the cold buffet alternatives. We went to the Land of Legends twice. It’s a great service offered by the hotel. Free transport and tickets but very pricey when you are in the park. Kids club was good. My children enjoyed the art sessions. Beware of the sand pit. The cats use it as a toilet so we had a disgusting incident to deal with one night when my child was digging in it and came out covered in cat poo. We didn’t mind the cats otherwise and it was nice to see them cared for and accepted. My overall rating is 3.5. Hot buffet food and better sleeping arrangements for children would push it up.
