The staff in the hotel were all so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. “Lovely Hotel and staff”

The Hotel is in a lovey location, just a short walk from the hussle and bussle of the town cntre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Make sure to take your own beach towels as they do not let you use the room towels even by their pool. We will definately be coming back.

The food was lovely as well and the service was lovely we went on a boat trip and a safari trip. Tahir was very helpful in the hotel. Sam help us with our luggage

Just came back from a week away here, wasn’t sure what to expect as there isn’t many recent reviews & also not very detailed .. First of all the cons.. I don’t drink alcohol and there wasn’t one option for nonalcoholic drinks at the hotel, it was just fizzy pop! Surprising considering 0% is massively popular now. We had 2 rooms & both the TVs were broken, we didn’t want to watch them but it’s nice to have some background noise in the room & really the facilities should be working! There are flies and mosquitoes EVERYWHERE!! we couldn’t make use of our balcony’s , tried on our first night and within 20 mins we went back in the room as they are persistent & we got eaten alive! So take some fly spray & repellent, as they’re all round the pool & restaurant areas too, there is no escaping them. Food/drinks are ok, but it depends who is making them, we reordered things that we enjoyed first time around, only to find someone different made their own versions which we didn’t enjoy. So it’s hit and miss. On-site Restaurant only opened 3 nights in the whole week. No beach near by, the ones you can access on a bus ride away , you have to pay to go on! You can take your own towel an get on the pebbled part for free, but if you want sand there’s a fee! Which I just find ridiculous & refuse to pay to go on any beach. And then the pros.. the majority of staff are wonderful & will try to make your stay as good as possible. The female staff are very quite and don’t interact so much, but the males are very engaging. Victor from the spa, will come and speak to you on your first day to invite you to use the Turkish bath/massage, my mum and daughter both had a full body massage from a lovely lady named nanna, and they thoroughly enjoyed it, they felt amazing after it. I had a facial from another woman, not sure of her name as she didn’t speak to me once, I didn’t particularly find the whole experience very pleasant & it was actually painful, so definitely recommend nanna for your treatments . Tahir and Engin are very helpful and give great waiting on service. Huseyin in the on-site shop is great too, he takes time to play with the kids & chat to you. & he’s much cheaper than the shops on the strip too. Karen will also come and find you who is a British lady who makes sure there is no complaints , everything’s going ok & advice on anything you need such as day trips etc. Breakfast is great I don’t know how people can complain about it? Plenty of options, it changes every day, fruit,pancakes,cereal, boiled/scrambled eggs,beans omelettes , tomatoes,mushrooms, potatoes, cold meats,breads,selection of cheese, loads of choice! If you’re expecting bacon and sausage then obviously that isn’t available, but they do a “fake” fried salami for breakfast which is delightful! For food an drinks around the pool or the evening meal, you give the waiters your room card and they put the bill on This, you just sign the receipt , it’s then up to you if you want to settle the bill daily at reception or wait till your stay is over, but it’s reasonably priced. (Menu /pricing on pics) Sun loungers -plenty to go around and lots of seating areas, but obviously people will take the best ones who come down earlier for breakfast. Pools-decent sized main pool, absolutely freezing tho even in the boiling sun, baby pool , water slide pool open twice a day for an hour. Hair dryer supplied but if you have thick/long hair bring your own as they aren’t great , hand soap,shower gel & towels also supplied. “Gym” -it’s not a gym, it’s an empty room that was used as a restaurant, there is 2 treadmills,as long as you don’t press too many buttons they’re fine, if you mess with incline an pausing, it will crash or turn off. The other machines don’t work & No weights there. Swim up rooms-don’t see the appeal to be honest, all the gardens packed in next to each other with no privacy to your neighbours & a much shallower pool. Evening meal restaurant -lovely food, £15 P/P , lots of choice and deserts there, only problem is food can be cold as they leave the lids off. There is no need to take euro as no where takes it, everywhere is lira or GBP. Cleaners -did a great job, clean towels every day, emptied bins 5 days out of 7, changed bedding once in the week. Location -10 min walk from strip with bars etc , but you will get pestered constantly to go in bars an restaurants, traffic is stopped on strip after 7pm but mopeds are still on roads. Jokers bar does delicious food and it also does take away if you can’t be bothered being pestered on the strip All night. Buses -they aren’t buses they are sprinter vans with no air con & get very cramped but reasonably priced & frequent. Biggest tip I can give is to AVOID Fethiye Market!! Full of scammers! We had our post office travel payment card emptied from some scum bag, kept saying the card had declined but he was taking our money, apparently it happens all the time there, they don’t care about ripping tourists off, so my advice is to avoid completely & not give these scammers your hard earned cash. They don’t deserve it. You won’t be missing much anyway it’s full of cheap tat and dirty stained smelly clothing. Over all lovely hotel, great staff and always kept clean, if you just want to lounge round the pool all day an go out of an evening then it’s perfect. If you would rather be active , go to the beach,lots of different day trips an experiences then probably not for you.
