“Needs staff and hotel renovation URGENTLY”

It’s a two hotel in one. If the front desk thinks you’re OK they probably give you one of the new rooms, if not (our case) we got an old fashioned room. If the front desk thinks you’re OK they probably give you one of the new rooms, if not (our case) we got an old fashioned room. The sheets were clean but there were stains on the ceiling, the TV is small and with only 5 channels. The air conditioner is very noisy. The shower is tiny. Everything dates from the 80´s or before. Breakfast is good but a little crowded because it’s from 6 to 10. Note that check out is at 11h00 (usually they are at 12). If you decide to use one of the pools (one open and the other heated) you´ll have to pay one real for the tower. You don’t get to keep the towel but you have to pay for them. The towels have holes and are VERY thin. Location is good. Too expensive for a two star hotel.

On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations.
