“Wonderful amenities and clean and comfortable accomodations”
Wonderful amenities and clean and comfortable accomodations. The Spa is great for this winter loving area. We found it less crowded in the morning. We stayed in a room with a murphy bed. The bed was comfortable and allowed our family extra room in the space when we were not sleeping.

We have spent wonderful time with our friends during Cristmas. We have found it very pleasant, relaxing and quiet place. The hôtel was friendly and welcoming for families with kids. “Close to Ottawa and Gatineau Park.”
Stayed here a number of times while visiting Ottawa and Gatineau park. The staff is friendly. The price is reasonable and outdoor hot tub and indoor sauna are awesome. Close Gatineau Park but also close enough to downtown Ottawa they the savings is worth a little bit of driving.

“Average”
Stench in hallway, rooms could be a little cleaner especially bathroom, shower curtain was filthy. Room was expensive for what you get, good location. Staff at front desk were just ok...If you pay cash, they want a $250 deposit and you pay your room before you stay!!!
