It really makes you feel like your pampered. We had multiple people take care of us for room, service, and other things, But most importantly, the person that took care of our bags and let us throughout our journey is Alfredo Rochett. Alfredo from the very first time that I met him was extraordinarily caring and understanding, and he worked overtime to make sure that our needs are taken care of. I literally just can’t even begin to tell you how much his service meant to us and because of him, that is another reason why I encouraged 12 other people to come back to this hotel with me. Alfredo was just truly world-class and that hotel as well as the guests should be grateful for him each and every day that he is there. If I’m being honest, Alfredo was the biggest reason we came back to the Dominican Republic instead of choosing a different destination. We value someone that cares about service more than almost anything, and he was, and has always been completely over the top.

All-Inclusive Regulations in the Balearic Islands…

On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.
