Loved our stay at this hotel. Rooms spotlessly clean( well done housekeeping) beds are extremely comfortable. Pool is amazing always managed to get a sun bed. Staff are a credit to this hotel. Bar staff was amazing one lady in particular ( can't remember her name told me she been there 15 years) she went above an beyond for us. Breakfast was fabulous staff really efficient in getting people seated at busy times. Will definitely be back soon.

Staff were polite, friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxury Bali stay

Hard Rock Hotel was just amazing. The facilities are amazing. We went with our grand children and they are 9, 7 and 4 and they had the best time. The children did not want to do any sightseeing as they enjoyed their stay so much. The pool staff were incredible with the kids, they had activities daily and the kids wait for 3pm for when the activities start. The staff doing the activities with the kids were amazing and they seemed to enjoy it as much as the guests. I cannot recommend Hard Rock enough for families. The only negative and maybe not a negative but something to work on is breakfast. Have stayed at other hotels and breakfast was amazing. Hard rock was good but not the same standard but as for the pool menu, that was amazing and also dinner options. 9/10 for us we loved it and will certainly be back. All staff were very accomodating. Loved it and thank you for being so welcoming.

“What a pool”

Went with 2 boys 7 & 3yo. Booked transport with the hotel, airport pick up was seamless and were visible as soon as we came through the arrivals. Went with 2 boys 7 & 3yo. Booked transport with the hotel, airport pick up was seamless and were visible as soon as we came through the arrivals. Check in was quick and painless, leaving a $500 credit on the room took away the need to carry a wallet. Had a standard twin room in wing 3 on the second floor, took a couple of minutes at the most to get from bed to sun loungers. Beds were comfortable, plenty of side space, clothes hanging could be a problem if you were to stay for a week. Shower was great with the option to use the standard shower head or rain shower. Options for food were; Room service (limited choice, but enough of a choice all the same.Note no pizza after 9pm to the room). Centrestage was more of a bar, however offered snacks. Splash is the poolside restaurant with a great selection for adults and kids. Straz diner is the main restaurant within the hotel and had a themed menu each night (American, Asian, Bombay, continental BBQ, Italian & seafood) however we did not eat here of an evening as even tho it was well priced the choices seemed lacking, when we walked by of an evening it appeared quiet. The breakfast here was not bad, whilst there was a good selection, based on breakfast buffets I’ve had at other resorts I really feel there could have been more choice but I also think that this is only because I have been spoiled for choice at other resorts of the same standard. Jamie Oliver’s is outside the hotels main ground but still attached to the hotel and offers 20% off if you are staying at the hotel. Good selection of Italian food with the pizza being one of the best I have had in Bali (yes I know Bali has much better options than Pizza, but it was worth the mention). Hard Rock Cafe, great selection of American diner style food (burgers, ribs, steak and a range of deserts. Again outside the grounds of the hotel (beach front main road) with 20% discount for guests. Now for the pool. Wow just wow. Without a doubt the best kids pool I have ever been. Two white slides (one open aired, one enclosed) both with a slight decline to provide my 3 and 7 year olds enough of an enjoyable ride. 3 green and white side by side slides that are for 4yo to 12 (sorry no adults allowed). This is abit steeper and really gave the lads abit of a thrill. This slide is manned by a lifeguard until closing (9am until 6pm). There is a smaller kids area with 3 slides a large tipping bucket and some water spray features. Even the 7yo had fun here. There is a sandy island in the middle of the pool area where the staff gather the kids for games and activities at set times in the day which includes a movie night in a Tuesday and a foam party 4-5pm on a Saturday (gets over crowded with adults eager to join in the fun, causing the foam to go above most kids heads within the small enclosed area, whilst it seemed fun at first, most of the kids lasted 1-2 minutes before having to exit for a breather). We got a Cabana each day (number 18 close to the kids slide with tipping bucket, which was great to be able to relax and watch the kids play). For $65 you got the cabana 9am to 9pm with a welcome basket that included a bottle of water, a tub of Oreo’s, 2 x large bags of Crisps, packet of choc chip cookies and a packet of chocolate wafer fingers. With full access to the Splash food and drink menu (via the in cabana phone) there is no need to move a muscle other than to jump into the pool to cool off well worth the money. There were plenty of sun loungers surrounding the pool all on a 1st come first serve basis which seemed to get snapped up pretty early. Plenty of lifeguards around the pool who were fantastic allowing the right amount of tom foolery without letting it go too far. The swim up pool bar offers plenty of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, good amount of shade and reasonably priced. There was a kids club but we never used it as the kids were having too much fun in the pool. Hotel is in a great area for shopping and other restaurants and bars. The staff throughout the hotel were wonderful, so friendly helpful and never without a smile on their faces, they really looked like they enjoyed working there. The kids would definitely have stayed longer and want to go back.
