“One night at Hotel Marcl Polo”
Our flight arrived at 2330 and this was an inexpensive place to spend the night before moving on to Venice proper. I booked it because they advertised a 24hr desk. Room was small but adequate. Staff very pleasant & helpful. Free breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Very few shops around area, except for restaurants but public transportation close by to take bus to bigger shopping area.

Because of cancelled flight arrived in Venice just before midnight, and was thankful to find the last room available in this usefully located hotel.
