However, once you realise that, and lower your expectations, this place is great. It is cheap and smack in the middle of an absolutely wonderful part of Rome. The decor is not top of the line but it is comfortable, clean and secure. I would recommend to anyone who is open to adventure and culture over creature comforts and being waited on hand and foot. Hell, the money you save can be put toward amazing meals and activities. Harden up people - this is a great wee place.

On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.

Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.
