Great for families. Room is big and spacious. Four in a room with one bed each. But we ended up not using the 4rth bed and putting our luggage on it due to lack of space for luggages. Great for families. Room is big and spacious. Four in a room with one bed each. But we ended up not using the 4rth bed and putting our luggage on it due to lack of space for luggages. The 2 queen beds can actually fit four of us. Would prefer to get the doube room which has the same sqm but has a table and sofa inside. Its complete with microwave, a huge ref, toiletries, coffee machine etc. The bathroom is very spacious and the bathtub was huge. Downside is there is no hooks to hang stuff in. I would also prefer they hang the bathroom towels instead of putting it in a basket on the floor. The reception is courteous and helpful. Free welcome drinks in the lobby. A few min walk to the station. There is an underground tunnel to the main shinjuku station but it might take a bit of navigation.

I booked this hotel last minute & price was just right. The train station is literally a few steps away from the train station (red M line) that connects to other parts of Tokyo. The convinience of the proximity of the hotel to coffee shops, 711, and some restaurants… not to mention McDo across the street if you ever have McDo craving if traveling… It’s about 10-15 mins walking distance to Shinjuku train station and main attractions…Also near the gov building for the 45th floor observatory (free). The hotel itself was comfortable and clean. I didn’t want my room cleaned daily but they made sure to give me fresh towels and bottled water waiting outside my room. It was quiet also. I was sleepless during my trip and thats because I never adjusted to the time difference but I walked around the neighborhood around 4am looking for food and I felt safe. They have breakfast buffet but I did not try. The room I stayed in was small, good for 1-2 peeps. I like how I can open the windows cus I had no idea how to turn off/on the ac/heating system. I just like the fresh air but it can be dangerous as theres no screen, so be careful! There was also a small earthquake while I stayed at the hotel on the 7th floor, bur other than that, the building felt safe. Will prolly stay here again if I come back to Shinjuku!

“Comfy Shinjuku Accom”

Quality accommodation. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Really appreciated how they were able to easily accommodate our late check-in. Rooms were clean and tidy. Cosy. Location was a bit away from the main chaos of Shinjuku which was good for us. We don't mind the extra walk for a good night... more

Quality accommodation. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Really appreciated how they were able to easily accommodate our late check-in. Rooms were clean and tidy. Cosy. Location was a bit away from the main chaos of Shinjuku which was good for us. We don't mind the extra walk for a good night's sleep. Perfect for two friends travelling together. Most importantly - breakfast was excellent!

“Unexpected !!! Cozy property”

I tried to find details on this property but couldn't find much but still went ahead and book it as they had room for 3 and 4 people. Later was getting confused and was not sure but still went ahead. Good !! I didn't cancel despite reading few bad reviews. We had book 1 room for 3 people (annex) and 1 twin room (main renovated) 2 people and later realized it was 2 different building. Contacted them on email and no reply for 2 months and near the time i contacted them through IG and got instant reply. Ms Kato /Reception was very prompt and understood our needs and despite the hotel was sold out, she moved twin room to semi double in same floor and same building (annex) for us. We had to downgrade if we wanted to stay together which we agreed, no refund through as we had booked with Agoda. Check in was smooth and very quick with trick n treat sweets. Our rooms were small but it was clean / all amenities available and triple room the twin bed and extra bed was good size. Semi double was smaller than queen so had to put my 2 gals in there. Bathroom has bathtub and the amenities which were not available in the room could be taken from reception. They provide coffee machines. Ice machines available in all the floor. Microwave available on the ground floor with utensils. We had pleasant 3 nights stay. Not too far from main shinjuku. U are looking at approx 10-15 min walk to main Shinjuku area. This hotel is on quite side of Nishi shinjuku close to Mcdonald, Lawson, 7/11 and eatery few min walk away. 2 -3 min walk to subway station. If you want to use elevator, then take the exit 2. Exit 1 which is near to the hotel is only stairs. Surely recommend !! We have been to Tokyo 3 times already and had stayed in Sheraton - Tokyo bay and Metropolitain Ikebukuro before and now can add this property in the list which can be repeated without any doubt.
