We recently returned from our holiday at Beachcomber Paradis, having been to the hotel on many occasions previously. Every visit is made to feel special by the exceptional management team and friendly, accommodating staff. We were excited to return to experience the significant changes made to the restaurants at Paradis over the last 12 months. We ate at Zest, Blue Marlin and La Ravanne. Zest is the new mediterranean style restaurant (situated in the location of the original Blue Marlin). It is also provides a breakfast buffet. The continental breakfast food selection area is now enclosed, with an open kitchen for cooked breakfast, omelettes etc. The restaurant itself is very modern with an updated range of tables, chairs and booths looking out on to the stunning views of the Indian Ocean. However, what makes the restaurant so good are the staff. Dhondee, the maitre d’ at Zest, is outstanding. He ensures you are well looked after by his team and always goes the extra mile to ensure your dining experience at Zest is perfect. Thank you Dhondee, you were awesome. The Blue Marlin, now positioned where La Palma used to be, is now a vibrant evening venue, also providing a lovely spot for lunch by the beach. William, Tivilen and Ramus ensured the service we received was unbelievable. On my birthday they very kindly provided a gluten free cake that was simply outstanding - it was so good good we asked for the recipe! We found the Beetroot risotto and the steaks were standout choices! We would only suggest the chair backs could be more comfortable but otherwise the new decor is great and we were delighted to see that the restaurant had retained the pianist in the evening providing the lovely ambiance always associated with The Blue Marlin. William, Tivilen and Ramus - thank you for making our evenings at The Blue Marlin truly memorable. La Ravanne has a beautiful and special location, with a varied menu. We enjoyed the Indian dishes, which were very good. The maitre d’ Avish was exceptionally good. He even suggested a local side dish that was not the menu that he thought we would enjoy, asked the Chef to prepare and spice it to our requirements. It was perfect! Avish, as always thank you for your warm welcome to La Ravanne. As keen golfers we played numerous rounds during our stay and the course was in immaculate condition, with an upgraded irrigation system. The staff at the golf club were great ensuring we managed to get the tee times we wanted as a 2 ball. However, we would suggest that the driving range area needs to be greatly improved as it is not at the standard required for the Paradis golf course. The range mats provided poor, very old and have an extremely hard surface, which is not good for your wrists and elbows when hitting iron shots. The quality of the balls provided was also poor and need replacing. Overall we had an outstanding holiday and we will be back again soon.

The manager Dhondee, and his team makes it happen to have an excellent dinner. We will come back😍🇲🇺. Great food and super service what else do you need in your holidays? Super Location and all the stuff is friendly. My recommendation is, must go!!!
