“Great”
It was a great stay! We had such friendly staff and very helpful as well it was our first stay in Tijuana and real in was the best way to go! I could imagine staying anywhere els. “Overpriced for what you get!”
I would not stay here again. The lobby looks very nice, but our room was sub par. Upon our arrival there was a long hair on one of the pillows and orange decorative pillows had an odor! There was two of us but only one of everything including coffee packets/cups, wash cloths etc. This contin... more

Please put more attention in the baths needs a good clean specially remove the mildew the showers are rusted need to be clean or replaced your baths there really nice and updated also I have a complaint about your parking staff at my check out was so rude on Sunday we don’t deserve that we pay to... more
