“Fantastic stay”
The hotel is very nice, well maintained and in a great location, close to the main museums and the city center. The staff is exceptional, always friendly and very helpful, they make you feel at home from the moment you arrive to the one you leave.

“Outstanding service, location, and accommodations”

“Best concierge and staff”
I’m in Madrid because Real Madrid match and I really don’t know anything about city and staff is perfect. They are always helped us. Especially Lucia, the concierge, helped us wonderfully from the first day. Thanks to her, I can say that I am now attached to this hotel. thanks.

“Great experience”
Great place, very well located. We had an extraordinary experience. We will strong recommend the NH Paseo del Prado. The hotel is quite despite the zone have heavy traffic. In terms of the rooms are nice, well decorated and the pillows soft. Excellent experience.
