The hotel is very nice , staff at reception are helpful and lovely, also the resturant staff are very helpful. the food is excellent. for information purposes there is a bus from the airport to the hotel 0and back bus 203 for 5 euros and about 15 minutes. the main center is about 5 minutes walk ... more

“Madrid 3 night stay”
Excellent, highly recommended, will stay again. Service highly appreciated, location at the very centre, cleaniness and privacy. The room I stayed was comfortable and the bath very organized and spot on!

“December vacation”
Since we arrived the hotel the experience and the people have been great! Very kind and welcoming!!! We loved our breakfast time. Elvis and all the hotel crew were amazing! Will definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely visit again!

“My stay at Vincci”
We were greeted by a warm, friendly and accommodating Reception personnel. Even if we arrived early, we were lucky that rooms are already available. The room with terraza , a junior suite, is very nice and cozy. Breakfast bar is good and even though it’s not spacious, food is great.
