Clean room, friendly staff, good environment, good view, like the view from the rooftop definitely coming back for the next visit, pool is very clean, parking is quick and easy, polite people, good safety, good laundry service, good location to go around Chiangmai

“A very comfortable Hotel in Chiang Mai”
We stayed for about 3 weeks. We felt home. The rooms are very clean spacious, service is excellent, the location is great and the staff is super. They care about every guest as if he's the only guest they have. They care about entertainment , they select very good singers to perform almost daily... more

“Nice and reasonable place to stay.”
Very nice hotel and staff. Great breakfast buffet. We had a balcony with a beautiful mountain and sunset view. Some upgrades would be good such as fresh paint, and replace worn furniture and carpets. We liked it enough to return after a week in another city.
