“One night stay”
Bert and Shiraz gave us a 5 star service at the reception and breakfast. Room was spotless clean, all the consumables provided. Location is good, next to a lovely stretch a canal and right next to a pub. The breakfast selection was good as well

“Brilliant”
I enjoyed my stay. Wonderful breakfast in the morning. Bert was very helpful at the restaurant. As well as Shanaz! Bert was very kind visiting customers tables and politely asking whether they were fine. I found this very helpful. I am glad I had my breakfast here. Thank you very much.

“Visit for a concert at Utilita Arena”
Great service from really lovely staff especially Bert, Shanaz and Niel in the cafe and the young man who checked us in on Saturday. Rooms were clean and cosy, lovely breakfast and good service all the way round. Would definitely return if coming to Birmingham

“Great stay at travelodge Birmingham central newhall street.”
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Late check-in was no issue. The room was clean and comfortable with all the essentials and a comfy bed. Location is perfect about a 10 min walk from Birmingham center. Overall had a great stay and would recommend to anyone looking to visit Birmingham.
