“Rooms with a View”
This Hotel is perfect for visiting the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful and have a secure room for you to leave your cases if you arrive early. Although it does not have a restaurant it is surrounded be places to eat. We recommend 'The Huxley' as an excellent place to have breakfast.

“Great location, comfortable hotel”
This hotel is really well situated right beside the west end tram stop. I was in Edinburgh for work and got multi day tram ticket and was able to get wherever I needed to be easily and back to the hotel when needs be as well This is a budget hotel and for £50 the room was fine. “Small rooms”
Great location walk8ng distance of most things but very small rooms Booked queen suite and it was not at all like it is on the website Not worth the price for such a small room Wasn't allowed to pay cash either unless you have the right amount of change
