I spent 4 days with my relatives and this hotel was simply amazing! I had chosen it because I knew that area and I would repeat the experience. I would recommend it for the very good position, the clean rooms, the lovely breakfast served by a very hard working man who is impecable in his duty and for all the other members working there: a spectacular and extremely kind staff! There is always someone at the reception ready to help and entertain you. All loving people who deserve all our respect. Our special thanks go to Eddie who was a great help for giving tips and sorting out some issues. He seems a very dedicated man and, no matter how busy he is, he will always find time for everybody with a smile on. Oh, a little extra treat: you have free coffee and tea h24. Prices are good for the service they offer.

“Small and basic but great location, decent breakfast and friendly staff”

London hotels are expensive but this was good value, great location 5 minutes walk from Baker street it's great for sightseeing. London hotels are expensive but this was good value, great location 5 minutes walk from Baker street it's great for sightseeing. Breakfast was decent, I liked the way they had boiled eggs, fruit and deli meats which is what I tend to eat, no hot buffet or fry ups. They do have toast, croissants, cereal, a coffee machine and non dairy milk options like oat and coconut. Room was basic, they have large soap and shampoo pumps on the wall. Nice and quiet, comfortable bed, very friendly staff. They also hold your luggage if you arrive early or on check out. Room service was ok, there are tons of options from kimchi and curry to burgers and pizza, like a hotel deliveroo of some sort. But what I ordered was somewhat different to the photos/description, like boiled vegetables coming fried etc.. But it is a handy service and cheaper than deliveroo/uber eats. Cons: The breakfast finishes pretty early at 09:30. There is a lift but it is very old and narrow, so I don't think any large luggage would fit. Rooms are extremely small, there was no place to open by suitcase which was only a small carry on, so I had to put it on the bed and then close it up everytime as there was no space on the ground to open up even a small carry on. The room chargers are at the desk rather than the bedside which was a bit annoying. Overall basic hotel, small and suitable for no more than a city break, but great location, price and friendly staff

“Nice little hotel”

Received a warm and friendly welcome. Room on the second floor and it was adequate for our two night stay. Beds comfortable. Continental breakfast which was plentiful. Plenty of eating places nearby. Would stay here again if in that part of London.
