“Great stay!”
Lovely stay - decided to stay for a couple of nights for a birthday treat with dinner in the Ormer restaurant. Dinner was delicious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Overall, it wasn't a bad stay. Overpriced, yes, but that's typical in London. The main issue was that they withheld an amount on our credit card for incidentals, which should have been reversed upon checkout but wasn't.
