“Good Hotel, but Bad Experience with Radisson Rewards”

“Comfy small rooms, efficient staff”
This was my third stay at the Grafton, which I've always appreciated especially for its great location right by Warren Street tube (Northern & Victoria lines) and a major bus stop. The staff is friendly and efficient. The rooms are typically small but quite comfortable.

“Great Location and very comfortable”
Very comfortable Bed and were fortunate enough to be upgraded to Junior Suite and it was amazing. Friendly Staff and Really lovely breakfast (although not sure it was worth the extortionate price.... we did our best to have our money's worth lol). Great location and we had a really lovely stay.... more
