Friendly staff. And helpful. this good location. clean. No bar. No real frills either Short walk to either Bond Street or Marble Arch. No reall frills but in london you want to probably be out. …………………..

“Good location but would ask for a different / bigger room next time”
Location was good and the staff were very friendly . Room we were given was the smallest I have ever stayed in and the shower room/ toilet was too small to be functional for 2 people. The size of the room contributed to the temperature at night which was not helped by lack of air conditioning.

“Comfortable rooms and easy location!”
The standard room I stayed in was spacious and had a large desk which was great. The room was exceptionally clean. The bathroom could do with more counter space but it was spacious and the amenities were good. The only issue was the lift! It was small and there is only one lift which is shared ... more
