The Colonnade Hotel started life as two private Victorian houses in 1865 which were then converted into an all girls’ boarding school in 1880. In 1886, the building was made into a birthing hospital called The Warrington Lodge Medical and Surgery Home for Ladies. “Good value for money”
Very tired rooms but clean, warm and comfortable - very quirky building with a fabulous location 2 mins walk from the Bakerloo line. Plenty to see and do locally - didn't try the breakfast but then you have all of the local popups at Paddington station to explore !
