“Excellent”

Very pleasant stay, the bed and pillows were great. The room service was good although (as a wheelchair user) I didn't like that I had to go to the bar in person to order.

Superb staff, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are decent and breakfast fabulous. No noise from outside the hotel and only minimal slamming of room doors early morning. Superb staff, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are decent and breakfast fabulous. No noise from outside the hotel and only minimal slamming of room doors early morning. (Maybe consider soft close doors?!) The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and the bed comfy with lots of pillows. No problem obtaining more tea and coffee from reception if you run-out. We only ate breakfast but were surprised at the quality and range of foods available. There is also a bar and comfy seating area. A very good stay right in the heart of theatre land. Would recommend!

“Very noisy due to renovation works next door”

The location of the hotel is perfect but at the less nice end of Covent Garden - still felt perfectly safe. The location of the hotel is perfect but at the less nice end of Covent Garden - still felt perfectly safe. The building is grim looking on the outside and there are steep steps to get to the entrance with disabled access around the back via a slope. Don’t expect anything posh here and you won’t be disappointed. The staff are all perfectly fine. We had one of the worst rooms on the first floor. There is ZERO chance of a lie in here if you are facing the old warehouse undergoing serious renovations. They are working on it Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm. It’s also right by a passage way and there is no double glazing on these windows only single glazing so it’s noisy. Can’t open the window so the air con is on - which is also noisy! Room itself was clean and basic. No luxuries in the bathroom obviously. No hairdryer which I was prepared for and I had packed my Dyson. To save money, the rooms aren’t cleaned. Just towels changed and bin emptied on request. The corridor had a serious damp and musty smell. Would I stay here again? Not if I was paying no but this was where my organisation booked me.

I love where the hotel is located and my bed was good but the rooms are very tiny so be prepared. I had to get a new hotel key every day because they quit working. I was careful to keep my key in a pocket by itself but I had to constantly go by the front desk to get a new key. My shower head kept leaking as well but I managed with it.
