“My stay at premier inn”
This was my second visit its was excellent as usual, comfortable bed, clean room , check in was quick and effective, breakfast was amazing sheena took good care of us , staff are very friendly and all are helpful had no issue during my stay car parking is specious never had difficulty staying.

“Very good Service by Sheena”
Sheena was very friendly and helpful. Her friendly personality made us feel at home in the hotel. We would visit the hotel again when we are in London with her service. I will recommend the hotel. It was a nice stay in London and we will come again

“Primer Inn Heathrow M4”
The plase was nice and Clean, the staff is very kind. Sheena really take care for us and make our stay comfortable. The room is hot, we have space in the parking, it's close to the airport. Thanks very much for your hospitality. Kind regards Martin

“Easter long weekend stay”
All good, cheap and cheerful. Good basic stay. Really good service from Sheena at check in and breakfast time. She provided a nice Easter treat for daughter. Plenty of parking as hotel seemed quiet. “Dated and smelly room”
As expected the service, location and food was great. The bed was very comfortable so I slept well. However the room needs a refit. Massive hole in the carpet, marked and damaged walls. The room smelt disgusting. I can’t name the smell but it was unpleasant.
