Ishama is absolutely amazing on the steel drums, knows how to get a crowd going and her customer service skills are insane, she’s an absolute asset to the hotel and made my trip

“Amazing experience, Great dining at the Castle!!!”
We ate at the castle restaurant a couple times and had outstanding food and service. Especially on our last night Jalisa went above and beyond. We’ve traveled often and she was probably one of the best servers I’ve ever seen in my life.
