“Relaxing”
We really enjoyed Baldi. It is the start of low season so it wasn't very crowded. Staff were friendly. We had the deluxe room on the fourth floor which was directly across from the Roman Bath and the giant jacuzzi. The Roman bath was very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was okay. “Very relaxing waters”
Being immersed in the spa inside living forest for the afternoon was amazing. Iguanas joined us. Had an issue paying in dollars with a Visa credit card ( reception had only a tap mobile phone and weren't trying to help make payment easy) The hot springs were varied in style, and temperature changed… more

“Not what we were expecting”
We stayed a few days at this hotel. This place is large and luxurious, but it's also unsafe and not worth the price. Specifically, the water slides are unsafe.
