“Customer service”
It’s very nice resort. The customer service is good, also the people are very nice. Food is not bad I like the beach and pool is good.Indis is very good manger. And yamaysi is really nice

“Always a good time!”
This was my 4 trip to Grand Memories varadero. Some will tell you the hotel is a bit run down, and it is, rooms are a little rough, but the staff bar far make it the reason I go back again and again. “Amazing Stay”
Such a beautiful place to be at. The pools were clean and easy access to the bars. The beach was so close by and having the entertainment every morning made it much more enjoyable.
