We stayed in a Jacuzzi room on the third floor (room 0304), which mainly overlooked the golf course and also offered distant views of the pools and sea. The room was very comfortable, featuring a shower cubicle and a Jacuzzi by the window with a lovely view. As a coffee drinker, I especially appreciated the Nespresso machine, with capsules replenished daily. There was also a kettle with tea-making facilities, plus a small fridge stocked with soft drinks, water, and packets of crisps — all topped up every day. The pool with the swim-up bar was heated and very pleasant. There was a foam party and various other afternoon entertainment around the pool area. Fruit kebabs were offered during the day, and even sunglasses cleaning was available — a really nice touch. There were plenty of sunbeds available, and guests were not allowed to reserve them before 8am. We actually saw a lifeguard challenge someone who attempted to do this, which was great to see. We loved the double-style sunbeds with their deep, thick cushions — so comfortable for relaxing in the sun 😎 We usually dislike buffet restaurants, but this one completely changed our minds. It was smaller, had everything you needed, and the staff were incredibly attentive. Being adults-only definitely helped create a more relaxed atmosphere. At breakfast, the staff remembered our drinks and brought them over without us even asking, and the evening drinks service was exceptional too. Our favourite place for lunch and dinner was the Alex restaurant down by the beach. The food selection was excellent, always arrived piping hot, and was beautifully presented. One tip — book your à la carte restaurants as soon as you arrive! The drink choices and quality were very good, although it was disappointing that sparkling wine was only available at breakfast (along with fresh orange juice) or during special events such as the manager’s cocktail evening. Having it available in the evenings, even if not all day, would have been a lovely extra touch however, the rose wine and beer were very acceptable. The only negative for us was the lack of designated smoking areas. This meant that when sitting by the pool or eating outside, you could end up next to a chain smoker, which was quite unpleasant. Stunning grounds, immactulate and so many beautiful flowers - a huge well done to the gardeners!! For reference, we’re English and the majority of guests were German, but both the staff and guests spoke very good English and everyone was extremely friendly. We would definitely return and would highly recommend this hotel.

My Fourth time here, which raises the question WHY, simply best place to relax, best caring staff,marvelous entertainment, management is always around doing its best to provide all your needs, and it feels like home among your family, what more do you need.

Just had the best 2 weeks (as always) at the pure lifestyle. Everything from the pool, room, beach are clean and welcoming. Not had any problems at all. Staff are so friendly and welcoming Maryam in the restaurant is so friendly I feel like I’ve made a friend forever. All staff are cleaners to bar staff are cannot do enough for you. We will be back for our 5th visit later in the year. Thank you all for the best holiday xx

“A lovely stay”

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a lovely time. The resort is very clean and beautiful. The landscaping is lovely! There was plenty of room at the pool and the beach and in the restaurants so you always got a lounger or seat. Everything was very comfortable too, with plenty of shade options. It was really great being able to go to the hotel next door too as they have a much bigger pool. We also really appreciated the wide variety of restaurants we were allowed to go to. We liked all of them except the Chinese noodle place. We had a jacuzzi room which was spacious. We loved the big shower with different settings and the lovely balcony. Though it's worth noting that the doors to the shower and toilet are kind of see through! And the shower has a window into the bedroom. We also found that the bed was actually too big! It was two mattresses next to eachother which made cuddling less comfortable than we wanted. Most impressive for us were the staff. They were extremely helpful and attentive. Very friendly and charming too. Overall it was a very luxurious stay. One small point of disappointment was the sea. It was very choppy due to the strong wind and definitely not as nice as other places like Mallorca. There were some rocks in the water so I would recommend bringing water shoes. I also personally would have preferred a true buffet at dinner rather than needing to order food from different stations. Finally, some staff, trying to be very charming, ended up making us feel a bit pressured at times. Accessibility I am an ambulatory powered wheelchair user and I found the hotel very accessible. * Staff are very helpful and help you get food at breakfast and dinner if you need it • There are ramps almost everywhere (though not for the spa) • Disabled toilets are mostly available (though not at Alex Beach restaurant) • There are double doors throughout the hotel without any automatic button, which means that I needed help to get around. But thankfully many staff are on hand and very friendly who could help even if you're on your own. However at the entrance to the breakfast/dinner restaurant there's a ramp up to double doors so it's difficult to manage alone and there's often nobody around to help. • The two lifts were wide enough for my electric wheelchair but not big enough to turn around in * The jacuzzi room could be entered with the wheelchair but the toilet and shower and balcony aren't accessible with a wheelchair * All the paths were wide and smooth * There are some wooden paths that go halfway down the beach which is helpful for getting closer to the sea in a wheelchair Unfortunately there was a power cut during our final day which made the lifts unusable for some hours. Thankfully we'd already had breakfast (on the fourth floor) and come down otherwise it would have been very difficult to manage.
