The hotel is new with beautiful interiors and clean lovely courtyard. Valet was professional and spoke god English. av The reception was always friendly and professional. Anytime we needed something, they tried to find a solution. This included special cleaning arrangement to keep our cat relaxed and let us enjoy spa suit for a separate charge exceptionally without a massage booking (we did not want a massage). This was necessary as sauna is only accessible if one books a spa treatment, otherwise only hamam and swimming pool are free of charge. We really appreciated the flexibility and the effort to make our stay comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was also nice and the service excellent. Bar service was very efficient and professional. Our room was nice, quiet and comfy. Housekeeping was also very cordial, polite and worked with us to have the best timing due to our cat. This is something we appreciated a lot too. Room service was fast and of a good quality. Overall, staff was fantastic. Improvements. The first basic not expensive improvement in the room could be hooks in the bathroom. There was only one in our bathroom which was not enough even for one person. After taking shower, washing hair and then, when one returns from swimming pool/spa, all these towels need to be hanged somewhere. It makes it about 4 towels minimum for 2 people. Even with towels dryer, there is simply not enough space and bathroom looks like a mess with all the towels stuck on the dryer. This also does not help to dry towels faster. We had to keep dryer on longer and on higher temperature to have towels dry for the next day and this just increases electricity bill for the hotel. So, there is a space behind the shower door that could be used to put two hooks and one could be placed on the door. In short, this was something we had to always manage instead of just hanging them on hooks, and then throwing on dryer one by one. The second improvement would be providing a small kettle for hot water in the room or upon request. Even the cheapest hotels do that, not to mention 4 or 5 stars. This was always my experience everywhere, I never had such a cumbersome situation with trying to have a cup of tea in my room. But here instead I had to call reception to brink me a pot (that was small, extremely heavy yet did not retain the heat) every time I wanted to drink a cup of tea. And then I had to drink tea really fast as water got cold. I was proposed twice over the phone to use coffee machine for hot water, but hot water from small coffee machines smells...well, coffee, which is not what one wants while drinking tea. I informed reception about it twice, but there was not solution on this. Buying several small kettles is cheap and safe to use in the room. Not sure why it was not done to begin with, its a standard practice. For people who do not drink coffee or just want a cup (or several) of tea, calling reception every time, getting this heavy pot, having to drinking fast while on vacations is not a relaxing experience. It was in fact, really annoying. Especially in the morning when one just wants to wake up in peace and drink a cup of tea instead of calling, asking, opening the door and then rushing to drink it. It just added into 'to do ' list. The third point for improvement is to make cable of the phone in the room longer. It is so short that the whole thing hangs in the air while talking and one has to seat near the table as to be able to talk at all while the cable seems to be about to break. Not sure it is possible, but this is the shortest cable I've ever seen in all hotels I've been and those are plenty. Although, its not really important, if it can be improved, it will add into comfort levels. In addition, and the fourth point, there were several occasions when we passed by the spa to inquire about treatments and sauna use and just to see it, and there was no one on the reception. We were told on the main reception that probably they are busy with treatments, but there is no information when they will be available. In addition, no one else could show us spa or give info. Either there needs to be an integration of schedules where main reception could see when the spa reception is done with treatments (assuming they perform some treatments too) so that guests don't waste time and get exact info, or there has to be a person dedicated just to the spa reception. It was really bizarre to have to pass by several times and have absolutely no one (on both receptions) who can give any info at all. Only after the main reception left a sticky note on the table of the spa we were able to get a hold of them. And then the question was resolved really fast. Finally, there were no boiled eggs of any kind for the breakfast. This is usually a standard in any hotel. There were scrambled eggs that seemed to be cooked with oil and not butter (taste differs), but no boiled eggs. This is not expensive to fix. Ideally, there should be soft boiled and hard boiled eggs to make it even more presentable. Other then that, breakfast and the service were great. In conclusion, we really enjoyed and would love to return. Hopefully, this time the kettle and the hooks thing won't be an issue.

“Excellent hotel by all parameters”

Hotel in an excellent location, quiet area with adjacent parking (with a fee). A varied and rich breakfast, large and comfortable rooms, everything is new, very clean, and well-maintained, and kind and great service.
