Nice hotel situated in the heart of St Ives. I found if you got there too early parking was a bit of an issue - in hindsight I should've parked up in Waitrose & waited for the market to finish so I could park outside on the street. “A wake review”
A very tired building with hard working staff trying to keep the customers happy. They are understaffed and need more help from the company management . The food was inconsistent as the not all the chefs could cook and the cleaners were trying hard to clean a property that needs a refurb.
