This Hotel is a good 5 star hotel, but could be better . The bar staff at the pool bar are great people but they can’t make a great cocktail drink. As a high end 4 star hotel Oros would rate 5' however there is little of the finesse of true 5 star hotel, turndown, room service / food sevice to rooms does not exist, service to pool areas is slow to non existent.
