The villas are all beautiful and well appointed and provided a quiet and relaxing time for the week we were there. Many thanks Yiannis for assisting us with our travel dilemmas and for responding so quickly when I thought one of the transfers had not arrived to collect my friends. It was a real comfort knowing you were on hand to answer any questions and help to resolve situations that we could not on our own. Special mention must go to Mrs Vera who could not have done more for us while we there. She cleaned the villas each day, almost by magic, as we never saw her and her cleaning never interrupted our relaxation time. On our departure, Mrs Vera gifted Clive and I with a wonderful painting, which from our conversations, I understood she had painted herself. Having studied the artists name, along with the art in the villas, am I right in saying she has also painted many of the artworks hung on the walls?? If so, she is clearly very talented. Having spoken to all our guests since their departure, each have commented on how fantastic the villas were and how fun it was to spend time together as one large group. Your complex made that possible, so we would like to thank you again for making our stay in Santorini so wonderful.

“Perfect Wedding”

Perfect accommodation with a nice seaview ... Clean and modern ... Very nice pool area ... But the best is the service, thank to Yiannis and Vera wich enabled a unforgetable wedding ceremony and was there for us in every moment and every wish!

The property is great for large groups, there are actually 3 houses on the property and we rented all three of them. The property is great for large groups, there are actually 3 houses on the property and we rented all three of them. The bedrooms are a great size but bathrooms aren't en suite, they are across the hall except for the smallest apartment sized house, the bathroom is in the room. Vera and the chef, Mrs. Efi were absolutely wonderful and very attentive to our every need. Vera was always onsite and went above and beyond to take care of us. We'd requested a chef so Mrs. Efi was there to cook breakfast and dinner for us every night and she and Vera took care of picking up groceries for us. I'd suggest hiring the chef because the property isn't near restaurants to go out to eat, you'd have to get a car to take you. The boys were able to rent ATV's that were delivered to the house for them to ride during our stay. The pools were awesome and the beach is right down the road.

Property is brand new, spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. A few things I wish I knew beforehand: 1. The property consists of a 2 br and a 3 br villas, each have 2 bathrooms. Neither bathroom is en-suite, they are all across the hall from the bedrooms, so, depending on who you stay with, you may not be able to run to or from the bathroom in your PJs. 2. All bedrooms are spacious, with lots of storage, except for a smaller one in a 2 br villa, which is tiny, has no storage, shelf or hook on the wall, or even space to put a suitcase on the floor, the king bed allows either the hallway door, or the patio door to open, but not both. We saw that on a check in, and were not terribly happy, Vera offered us another "secret" unadvertised bedroom in the basement (looks like both villas have them, don't know if they have bathrooms), but we chose to stay on the main floor, and it was not comfortable. 3. Location: villa is on the on the eastern side of the island, surrounded by unattractive forsaken land and abandoned unfinished homes, the road is unpaved. We were told that this neighborhood is developing, so this may improve. There is constant noise from landing/taking off planes from the airport, and that will obviously not go away. 2 min walk to the beach and fabulous restaurant Karafa (must do), but if you want to go to better Monolithos beach - it's 3 min drive (go and have your cappuccino there in a small cafe next to the mini-market at 8 AM, that guy knows his coffee). You must have a car, then everything else on the island minutes away. Baths and kitchens are fine, laundry is available in both villas. Pool and deck areas are beautiful, there is small wading pool by the smaller villa. Yiannis and Maria could not be more helpful in their communications and treated us like royalty. They arranged for 8 of us to be picked up at the port, and 2 rental cars delivered directly to the villa. We were greeted by fresh fruit and local wine. Vera, manager on site, was very nice, and available immediately at any time to answer any questions and solve the few problems we had. Villas were cleaned daily, unususal bonus for this kind of property. Overall, we were happy that we chose to stay in the villa, and owners and manager certainly made everything easy, so I would certainly suggest to consider it as long as you keep pertinent comments in mind.
