“Beautiful!”

Beautiful property with amazing views! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful (Thank you Jona) There were many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace and lounging by the pool when we weren't out exploring the island.

Amazing hotel with the best service! The manager Jona and her colleagues were beyond helpful, friendly, and generous with their hospitality. The breakfasts were fantastic, the rooms beautiful with fantastic view. The hotel is in a great location, in Fira but away from the touristy side of it. We cannot recommend the hotel enough and the fantastic staff, especially Jona who went out of her way to make our stay incredible.

“Hidden Gem FOR SURE!”

This was by far our favourite stay in Greece! I can’t say enough good things. The place got a reno a few months ago and is under new management as of a few months ago. I think that accounts for why we didn’t encounter some of the issues a few people mentioned way back. 1. We were in room 7. Which had an amazing outdoor but covered jacuzzi with a little bench that looked out over the caldera. So we had privacy to hang out in the hot tub or on the bench and an absolutely incredible view. The room was spotless. No mustiness at all. Jacuzzi water was hot for sure (it was about 18-21 deg C outside while we were there) and the tub was big enough for 2 people with some space to spare to move around. 2. Breakfast was unreal! They have a huge selection of food and the quantity was just massive. There was eggs, bacon, ham and cheese toast, sausage, fruit, cheese, feta, olives, Greek yogurt, honey, marmalade, 6+ pastries including croissants, spinach pies etc. They once served it to us sitting in chairs at the balcony ledge looking over the caldera. We also had it in our room on the covered area beside the jacuzzi which was beautiful as well. Everything was so delicious, we couldn’t eat it all but we had to have a bit of everything every day. Overall it just seemed really special and added to our experience. And saved us quite a bit of money. 3. Outdoor space was insane as well. There’s a rooftop terrace with lounge chairs with an incredible view (a proposal happened there one night!), a shared infinity pool partially inside a “cave” and partially outside, and several tables and chairs with umbrellas to sit at. 4. Location is Firostefani. It’s right beside Fira. You walk about 10 mins down a cobblestone path between cute white buildings to get to Fira so it kind of feels like you are in Fira anyways. It was incredible to be directly beside but not IN the craziness of Fira. Our hotel host met us on arrival at the road and brought our extremely heavy down the stairs to our room for us and helped us check in. I would take a cab there or public transportation on arrival. We walked but it’s really hard to pull your bag along cobblestone and the road is tight with cars passing. 5. Hospitality is was also unlike anything I’ve experienced! The hotel host provided us with advice on activities and dinner and getting to the ferry and was immediately available whenever we had questions. We were also not disturbed at any other times so we could enjoy the privacy of our space. I literally have no complaints or constructive criticism whatsoever about our stay. I wrote this review because I felt when investigating this hotel it was really hard to tell what it would be like, but it completely exceeded my expectations which were already hopeful and high.

“Unforgettable views and relaxing vibe, recommend!”

We had a wonderful stay at Chic Hotel in Firostefani. The highlight was the private hot tub on the balcony with breathtaking caldera views. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was a real treat. It was also a big plus that the area wasn’t crowded with tourists, which made the stay even more peaceful. The only minor issue was the weak air conditioning, but everything else was fantastic. Highly recommend for a quiet and scenic Santorini getaway!
