Hotel amazing and peaceful, the food is excellent especially Pearl. We highly recommend it . It’s a 5* luxury for a reason . I should mention some names of my favourite people there , Spyridoula from guest relations , Elpida from ruby bar, and Iraklis. Theblonde guy from the pool bar and the girl with the ponytail and Maria from pearl . Sorry I don’t remember everyone by name but all of them are very very helpful. This hotel is having the most beautiful sunsets

“A wonderful place”

Paradise. All the staff are so helpful and always smiling. The atmosphere makes it a happy place to be especially Georgia at the reception , Spyridoula from the guest relations team and Stavroula. Generally everyone is amazing!!

We recently stayed for one week at Elix, Mar-Bella Collection with Jet2holidays as part of their Indulgent Escapes package. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and the views are breathtaking. We stayed in a room with a private pool, which was lovely and definitely the highlight of our stay. The food was very good throughout, drinks were excellent, and all of the staff worked incredibly hard and were very friendly. The à la carte dining experiences at Pearl and Indigo restaurants were exceptional and a real highlight of the holiday. The food was first class, beautifully presented, and far exceeded what you might normally expect from all-inclusive dining. The hotel is quite remote, around 1.5 hours from Preveza airport on shared transfer transport (although Jet2 usually uses private transfers for Indulgent Escapes, there can be exceptions). Worth knowing before booking. One thing to be aware of is the layout of the hotel. It’s built into the hillside, so the restaurants and bars are higher up while many rooms are lower down. We needed to use two lifts plus additional walking and steps to reach our room, so I would not recommend this hotel for anyone with limited mobility. Our only frustration with the service was on the first morning when it seemed almost impossible to get a cup of tea at breakfast. Some staff were only clearing and resetting tables rather than taking drink orders, and when the restaurant is busy it would really help to have self-service tea/coffee machines available. The beach access via the funicular was fantastic and we really enjoyed spending time there. However, there were a huge number of children at the hotel during our stay and unfortunately some behaviour was extremely disruptive. Children were running around the buffet restaurant, playing tag between guests carrying food, and one child was even rollerblading inside the restaurant. Staff did not intervene and many parents appeared oblivious. The beach boardwalk was also very noisy throughout the day with some children shouting and running constantly, which made relaxing difficult at times. One particularly upsetting incident involved witnessing aggressive behaviour within a family, which was distressing to see and not something we would expect in a 5-star environment. That said, we absolutely loved our evenings in Ruby Bar. Beautiful Elpida was an absolute superstar — so warm, attentive, and she made the most delicious cocktails every night. Thank you, Elpida, you truly made our holiday special! Overall, we did have a lovely relaxing holiday thanks to our private pool, the gorgeous setting, and the hardworking staff. For us personally, though, we realised that in future we should probably stick to adults-only hotels.

We loved our week’s stay at this hotel - picturesque location surrounded by greenery, beautiful quiet beach, fun funicular to get there and a pool overlooking the sea. Great food options, lots of choice at the buffet and, we enjoyed the indigo restaurant the most. We hired a car from the airport, the hotel is in an isolated location, we visited Parga (well worth a visit), Sivota (okay, not much there). Shout out to Emelia? the cleaner who was very friendly and decorated our towels into swans everyday. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Activities include tennis, water sports and evening music. We travelled as a couple and found there were lots of families with young children, sometimes busy in the buffet at meal times; there’s an adult only area coming in June 2026, which will be a great addition. Would definitely return to this hotel in the future and we want to visit the Nido in Corfu too!
