Brilliant holiday! The hotel was so clean, with staff constantly cleaning and rooms cleaned every day. The food was lovely, full of flavour, with a great variety to choose from — the fresh pizzas were especially lush! Drinks were good too. The animation team were fantastic, and all the staff were so lovely and friendly. A special mention to Conny from reception, who always goes above and beyond to help with anything and even stops for a conversation, which made the stay feel extra welcoming. I will definitely be returning

White Olive Marine Aquapark Tigaki Nice people good food 1059918871 Stayed here last week so let’s get into it ! Location : The location whilst not remote is not quite in the town it’s a good 20 minute walk into Tigaki you can actually walk along the beech ! The hotel operates a private transfer service into Kos town and it runs frequently from the hotel car park it’s a fixed fee of €15 per couple each way , you can walk to the end of the drive and then on another 400m and get public transport but the last bus back from Kos town is quite early. The reception and particularly the lovely Customer relations lady ( Aussie but still lovely ) are really helpful. Bar Staff although quite overwhelmed by volume of customers are very good particularly Phanos who works and keeps the adult bar section like he owns it and takes great pride in it. The drinks served whilst locally produced were nice always cold and refreshing and of a consistent quality. Food service was a a sensible time and also of a very good and consistent quality, again the restaurant staff are very busy but always make time for customers. The pool areas are kept clean and spills removed quickly which in turn keeps insects at bay. There is a large family pool which has a life guard and a wave machine it wasn’t heated and depths ranged from 0.85mm to 1.75M , I didn’t use the water slides but lots of guests did! The Adult area and pool gets quite popular it is shielded from the communal pool by a wall and also roped off which if your a little older and a sun worshipper is good as there are lots of families there. Customer team where great nice enough to tell you what was going on with been pushy. Couple of negative issues but nothing major , 1. Hot water for showers can take up to 5 mins to get to your room depending on where you are in the hotel and the time of day. 2. We met a couple who had a small child (18 months) and there is a lack of poolside area baby changing facilities. 3. States you can get an iron ( required for your visit to the ‘ A La Carte’ roof top restaurant views are stunning no need to waste €10 on the coach trip to the mountain to see stunning sunsets ! )But there are only 2 irons in the whole complex so you get to use it for a couple of hours on demand and availability! 4. The pool towel policy is a bit clunky and not clearly stated at check in so you get the dreaded walk too and fro reception to get it sorted. Overall not a bad experience! Cleanliness is a 4.5 Staff is a 5 Food is a 4.5 Minor issues above and location made my decision to score an overall 4 for the whole experience it proved to be an enjoyable holiday with great value for money. The hotel was lovely and the pools were great other than being extremely cold and unfortunately had bugs and stuff floating in them Positives The staff were very helpful when we had an incident with ants in our room they got house keeping out straight away to sort it. You were able to book a transfer coach to the town or any other places for a fee (15 euros for us to go kos town 1st 3 times but the last occasion tried to charge 30) Drinks are what you expect from an all inclusive. Rooms were very spacious there was 6 of us amd they provided us with 2 travel cots although we only used 1. The negatives Not much for youngsters to do. So had to look elsewhere for things for them to do The food was hit and miss probably down to have 4 very picky eaters in the group. The area is very secluded so would have to get a taxi/ walk or hire a car to get about
