This hotel is fantastic—every single staff member greets you with a smile as they come and go. The hotel and rooms are very clean and tidy, and the breakfast is delicious. Special thanks to Deny and Mayang for their warm service, as well as many other friendly staff members whose names I don’t know. I would definitely stay here again next time. And it is very near Kuta beach.

I’ve stayed at many properties over the past 11 years, including 9 years as a Platinum+ member—but this was easily one of my best stays. What makes a great hotel isn’t just the facilities, view, food, or location. Those are important, but they tend to fade when you stay longer than a few days. What truly stays with you is how the people make you feel—and Aloft Kuta got this absolutely right. From the pre-check-in process, the hospitality stood out. The team proactively asked about my preferences and genuinely tried to accommodate them. During breakfast at Depot, the experience was exceptional. Chef Yadnya went above and beyond to prepare vegetarian dishes for my friend, which we truly appreciated. Deny from the breakfast team regularly checked in on us, shared activity and tour suggestions, and brought a very friendly, personal touch. Tiara and Bintang also made some wonderful Balinese coffee that became a highlight of our mornings. The guest relations team—Yoona, Femi, Christine, and Acik—were always just a WhatsApp message away: responsive, proactive, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. The XYZ Bar was a great social space with engaging games and unique cocktails inspired by local flavors. Bhaskaran and Rinku made the experience even better with their energy and hospitality. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and while I didn’t use the gym, it appeared fully equipped. But the standout was the consistency of the staff. Every single person—front desk, restaurant team, housekeeping, service engineers, and security—was warm, smiling, and genuinely eager to help. That level of consistency is rare and is what truly sets this hotel apart, even compared to luxury properties with private beaches. A memorable 10-day stay, and one I’d gladly repeat.

A quiet moment goes to Putu Adi Saputr through each meal. Not just familiar with dishes but deeply tuned into how flavors connect. Each suggestion landed perfectly, shaped by care rather than script. Requests were handled smoothly, always with warmth close at hand. Few bring both precision and real kindness to service like this. Freshness hit right away, plus each bite carried bold taste without effort. Presentation mattered here - every plate looked like art by accident. Drinks? Each one mixed just enough to feel special, nothing overdone. Luxury shows up, yet somehow feels close, almost quiet. Personal attention slips in without announcement. Coming back seems obvious now, no debate needed. The drink is amazing made by Putu Adi Saputra.
