“Amazing ”

Amazing and unforgettable from start to finish. AGUS was so helpful and lovely, also went out of his way make sure we where always happy. Villa as shown in pictures, perfect! Location easy enough to get your way around, Would definitely stay again! 10 stars ⭐️

We stayed in Villa 7 - Family of 6. Three bedrooms of good size (Main room with King bed, 2nd room with queen bed & 3rd room with 2 single beds) each with own en-suite. Shower was not great, very weak - although the main room had a 2nd shower head over the bath - which was awesome, so we used that one! I really really enjoyed staying here. It was far enough away from Kuta, which is truly horrid. It's approx half hour walk if you're not distracted by stopping in all the shops on the way, to the Sari Club Memorial - so a good distance. It was such a tropical feel, with the garden & frangipani tree etc - Did create a lot of mess, but staff tidied it up every day! The pool was lovely - I think every time we returned to the villa after a day out, we were straight in the pool. Cleaned, like the entire villa, daily. I really liked the communal lounge/dining/kitchen area - all outdoor. My initial concern was insects & especially mosquitos - but nothing & there were provisions if you needed them. It was so quiet, it felt like no-one else was staying there, but it was full. You'd only occasionally hear another voice. If you didn't have enough of anything, you only had to call or visit reception - as they strangely only used to provide us with 4 beach towels, but after a few days, then replenished the 6. Mini bar beer was good value. Smoking is allowed in open areas, but no smoking in the rooms - Good! I love all the alleyways that access great restaurants and main street - back entrance is only 2mins from Jalan Legian - everything is within walking distance.. convenience shops for supplies, restaurants etc! The villa's probably do need a little facelift with some painting etc, but it wasn't dirty, it was clean & comfortable, and if I was returning to this area, I would stay there again. For 6 of us, overseas in a villa with a pool, it was excellent value at just over $300 AUD a night.

I stayed here in villa 3 for a week with a group of 4. The villa was clean with 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The bathroom I had was a little run down, some parts of the villa are a bit old and might need a bit of a makeover but apart from that the villa was nice and quiet we couldn’t hear the street noise at all. My favourite part of the villa is the outdoor lounge room, I’ve never stayed in a villa so I found this very fun. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the bars and pubs, using the back entrance can be a bit of a maze but much faster than going through the front. We only had 1 room key for 4 people which was a bit of a hassle sometimes but we managed. The villa also provides 2 beach towels and a water cooler with free bottles of water everyday too. I enjoyed staying here as my first villa experience as it was very quiet and private.
