The best thing about staying in the Seminyak area is location. Some may brand Bali over-commercialized, but the upside about that is you are never far from anything you need. The hotel is about 30min drive from the airport, about 20min ride from town. It is located just right in front of Semiyak beach, just what we wanted for casual strolls along the beach or for a dip in the sea. There are loads of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, convenience stores within walking distance. You can discover many places to hang about in almost any direction you would care to walk, and e-hailing a Grab ride to explore further is also very economical. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite, and it was very spacious. It is not quite a bedroom, just that the bed was separated from the living hall by a partition. There is a kitchen cabinet of sort for making coffee, but without a sink, so all the dishwashing needed to be done in the bathroom. There is a rooftop bar/lounge though we didn’t try any of the hotel food. The hotel pool is decent for light swimming, and there’s even a mini water playground which is good for young children. We discovered that the tap water in the hotel is really high in mineral content and salty in taste. This could be due to the fact that most residential and commercial establishments in Bali are drawing underground water and hence lowering the underground water level overtime below the sea level and causing seawater contamination. So, your soap won’t lather, and it is advisable not to consume the tap water even after boiling it. Good thing is that there’s a convenience store just beside the hotel to purchase all the mineral water you need. Overall, it was a good stay even though the price range is slightly above average. Would definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit Bali.

We had a fantastic 10-day stay at FuramaXclusive in a spacious 2-bedroom suite, perfect for our family of five. The location is great, right across from the beach with easy access to the shops, the mart and restaurants. The buffet breakfast offered a delicious variety. The staff were incredibly helpful and always brought smiles to our children's faces. A special thanks to Amar for being so accommodating and answering our questions when needed, and to Ayu for her warm welcome every day especially to our children. While there were many other wonderful staff members, I regret not knowing their names. Overall, we highly recommend FuramaXclusive for a comfortable family getaway.
