“At home”
I feel at home in the place. I love it. People are friendly especially the staff. To mention a few, they are Riska, Bian, Heni and Silvia who served me at the breakfast area. At the pool the life guard are also friendly and attentive, I remember one lifeguard's name Winadi.

“Great Time at Grand Mercure”
We Stayed at Grand Mercure, Seminyak. Really beautiful hotel, AC was working well, breakfast buffet was delicious. Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. “Welcoming staff, great pool & good location for beach.”
Grand Mercure was great. Pool was the best one I’ve been in for awhile - the perfect temperature- still refreshing but comfortable.
