Stayed here for a week with my partner n will stay here again next time we visit Seminyak. All staff are very friendly n accomodating from the day we arrive n the last of our trip. The Villa was awesome. The pool is great. They clean the room everyday. Good breakfast. Perfect place to stay.Close to everything. It can gets noisy during the weekend but we don't mind it. I recommend it.

Booked a king suite for 5D4N and it was planned to be a relax and not going anywhere trip, hence I spent a lot of times in the villa. Here are some thought about the villa , personal opinion but hope it helps. 1) when I first check in, I asked the staff if they need to see my Agoda booking email, they said nope and replied me via their system they can view it. Hence I was checked in the king suite as I booked. However, late in the evening, we received calls from reception and said they issued us the wrong room. They ask if we can swap to the slightly smaller one bedroom pool villa. I was confused and we checked with the staff, she insisted that on their system it was one bedroom villa instead of king suite. Here’s my question, if in the system was one bedroom villa, why the initial staff who helped me with check in given me my king suite when I didn’t even show him my reservation? Means in the system it was correct but somehow the system overbook and they needed ppl to move. I showed the staff my booking and the photo but she insisted it was Agoda fault and their side received the wrong booking. Fine, lucky I didn’t like the king suite either so I agreed to move and I’ve contacted Agoda to do a refund on the difference. 2) the reason why I didn’t like the king suite was, the bath tub/ bath area was outdoor, tbh the walls wasn’t that high until I can safely take bath outdoor so it’s was a no no. And the area was infested with ants, like legit on the bath area, pool areas and toilet area. The cons of being in nature setup room. 3) when we moved to the one bedroom villa, the bath tub was indoor. Although it has a bit like watermark on it but it was fine. Downside is water heater is not stable. 4) room wifi is unstable. It was fine for phone as we have own eSIM but the room tv is smart tv which connects to wifi. If it’s working, it has Netflix, YouTube and prime tv. 5) breakfast choices is considered quite little and you have to order daily at the reception the day before and they will setup in your room. If you want floating breakfast, there will be additional cost. Downside is when you finished and they haven come and collect, we packed and put outside of the villa and we called to inform them to collect as we do not wish to have ants in the room. But after 3-4 hours, no one came and our door area is full of ants again. On my last day morning, they didn’t ask me if I want breakfast anot as well. 6) hotel located right beside one of the famous pub iron fairies, so if you like to club, it’s just a stone throw away. If you prefer quiet villa, then no as the music can goes as loud till 2-3am. I can legit party in my villa with the bgm. 7) right outside the hotel has a convenient store, not fanciful type but enough to cover basic needs. 8) hotel areas has nothing much to shop, but a few good cafes like biku, 32do and turtle, all around walking distance of 8-10 mins Overall, the staff are consider friendly, but I just appreciate the service that without checking with booking agent/ overbook situation, you request a guest whom has settled down to move. It should not be the guest who bill for the consequences when they has paid fully.
