We have just finished staying at Villa Essence for 5 nights. There are 5 adults and 2 kids and this villa has been perfect. All 3 rooms are spacious and very clean. The pool was a great size and offered some afternoon shade which was great for the kids. The location was great, close to some lovely restaurants and having an Irish pub at the end of the driveway was an added bonus. The staff were lovely and so easy to deal with throughout the whole booking process. We loved this place and will definitely be back.

“Amazing Villa”

We stayed here for ten nights, the Villa arranges complimentary pick up from the airport. We were a family consisting of 4 adults and 3 children, this villa was perfect accommodation for us and suited our needs. The 3 bedrooms are all detached and quite private, all with a decent wardrobe and ensuite bathroom complete with lovely deep bath. The Villa has a pool in the centre and is a great facility to have in the heat. Staff are provided on a daily basis to service the rooms, help you organise anything e.g. Scooter hire, birthday cake, laundry, will cook for you (dinner additional charge). We had a couple of issues with the villa. Due to water leaking into a conduit the main fuse would keep tripping, and the air con in the master suite kept dripping water. While these were annoying when they occurred they were fixed promptly. It is a ten - fifteen minute walk to Double Six beach and a ten min walk into the main street. The one comment we will make about the location is it is a bit too far south from the main area of Seminyak. You had to catch a taxi to get to most of the popular restaurants and night spots. However there are some restaurants and cafes nearby in walking distance, the majority good. An Italian place is just around the corner and does excellent pizzas. Definitely a fabulous choice if you have young children and don't want to stray that far from the Villa at night. Bintang supermarket is a five minute walk away with Carrefour about a fifteen min taxi ride away. An English pub, The Orchard is located right at the end of the driveway, a great place to go for a meal after a long day exploring, pop in for a beer and is family friendly earlier in the evening. The downside to this is that on a Tues, Thurs & Sat night they have live music until around midnightwhich can be heard from the master suite and could keep you awake. Would happily stay here again, ideal for a family group.

We booked into Essence in February for one week. The booking of this Villa was relatively smooth, and any hiccups were from my end with banking difficulties. Ayu and Cristo made everything easy. All my questions were answered promptly. The accomm includes pick up from airport, but as we flew in late the night before we checked into accomm in Tuban, and there was no problem in our pick up from there. A relatively quick trip to Seminyak and in we went. We were all very happy. We each chose our room and settled in. The pool was kept beautifully clean every day, and was a welcome relief at the end of our walks most afternoons before going to dinner. The Villa is up a little Gang, and we were able to walk easily to most places. We only got a taxi coming back from stocking up with snacks and drinks. There is a wonderful Italian restaurant nearby and I would highly recommend going there - Italian Corner. For anyone who is interested also, Mr Putu is nearby. Sadly we found out too late. Damn. Breakfast was made each morning by Nyoman and Iluh, two wonderful ladies who looked after us sooooo well. Fresh juices, eggs, mie goreng you name it, followed by freshly sliced fruit and delicious coffee every day. One morning we had an early start, so said we would cook for ourselves. All the food was purchased and ready. Thank you. The big baths were enjoyed by the girls. The living area is a fantastic place to relax, play games or watch some TV. My only criticism of this area is the odd table made of a beautiful piece of timber, but has whopping big gaps in it, making smashing glasses very easy! The rooms were neat and clean, and COOL. We had a few hiccups with the electricity switching off in one of the rooms, and Cristo got someone to come over immediately, even though it was around 7pm. Thank you. It tripped out a few more times, but we knew what the problem was and we were able to rectify it ourselves. It was sad to say goodbye to the Villa, and especially the lovely ladies who looked after us so well. Thank you Nyoman and Iluh. Not only are you great cooks, but it was lovely to see your Beautiful smiles each morning. We were a family, with two adult sons and their girlfriends. This is probably not suitable for people with young children as the pool is in the middle of the yard. If you are looking for a beautiful 3 bedroom villa with a cool pool, and great living area, book into this Villa. I am sure you will not regret it.

“Paradise in Seminyak ”

What a beautiful villa to stay in, the bedrooms are fabulous with each room having a very luxurious bathroom, make sure to have a bath whlie there! What a beautiful villa to stay in, the bedrooms are fabulous with each room having a very luxurious bathroom, make sure to have a bath whlie there! The Wifi was super fast, and there are fans now so no issues at all! Its only a five minute walk to the main attractions of Seminyak. The ladies who come and cook breakfast are so lovely and provided us with a yummy brekkie every morning, the kids will miss the Pancakes!! Highly recommend Villa Essence.
