This hotel is a typical airport hotel, within just 10 minutes driving distance. You don’t stay here because of the neighbourhood. This hotel is a typical airport hotel, within just 10 minutes driving distance. You don’t stay here because of the neighbourhood. Nothing interesting, or you should like a 4 lane, very busy, noisy and smelly motorway right outside. The hotel itself is westernish. Checkin in is swift. The lobby is neat and tidy. Porters will help you with your luggage and before you know it, you are in your room, which is spacious enough for two. The bed is comfortable. There is a mini fridge and ambient lighting to make the room more cosy. The bathroom was also clean enough. Only the shower ran out of hot water. You can help yourself to drinking water from a dispenser in the corridor. This way the hotel helps keeping the need for plastic bottles down. A great effort, as Indonesia has a real plastic problem, judging by all the plastic litter you see everywhere. We had a drink in the hotel bar which was empty besides us. Prices are double compared to other hotels we used. There is a pool. It looked quite nice from above but we didn’t use it. The front desk was very helpful with printing boarding cards for our upcoming flight. Breakfast was reasonable. Most of the dishes being Asian, which is no surprise. So far so good, near with the airport and office.. Nice hospitality and employee Also has a lots varians of food at brrakfast which is health and delicious to comsume Will definitely staying here while doing business trip in Makassar again.

Generally, the hotel is decent with good size rooms and a nice swimming pool in the inner courtyard. However, there are a few flaws, most notably the carpet in the hallways which desperately needs replacement. More importantly, attention to detail needs improvement in all aspects. Breakfast is predominantly Indonesian, and staff are very, very inattentive. Although breakfast is served until 10:00, the buffet is not replenished after 9:45. Coffee is okay, tea is undrinkable. Internet is slow.
