“Welcoming staff”
Stayed during office work, good hotel, room cleaning to be improved. Lot many options in Breakfast, staffs are very helpfully. “Nice hotel but needs improvement”
The room (517) is well lid and the insulation is also good, can hardly hear anything from next door guest. However, the bathroom shower box needs an upgrade since the wall is dingy. Also, when we checked in there is no spare toilet paper as most hotels normally provide and of course we had to ask… more

“Convenient”
Conveniently located in city centre, with reasonably sized rooms and amenities, however, some were found to get dated. Small onsite gym and outdoor pool. Nice restaurant set up with good variety and quality of food and beverages
