Really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Mercure. Appreciated the pre arrival emails and contact and on arrival, a quick and personal check in by Agin. There is much to like about the Grand Mercure. “Great place”
Super big bed, clean room, room temp was perfect, good hospitality. Get up early gor bfast as it was high season. Some complain of traffic, but where is not in Bandung.. so, worth it. Would recommend and stay here again.
