Excellent property. Everything was smooth from check in to departure. They even helped to transfer my luggage to Grand Hyatt on the day of departure as I requested. “Pleasant stay, but no initiatives.”
Room was spacious, clean. They provide all day dining but only buffet (no ala carte as usual). Taste was just ok, not a lot of option, especially for kids.

Excellent hotel, very warm and helpful staffs. I wish there are more food variety. We stayed for 5 nights and the food was the same throughout those 5 nights.
