The service throughout the hotel was impeccable. A special mentioned goes to Wandaka from the concierge team, who was incredibly proactive, thoughtful and attentive. He went above and beyond to assist me with all my queries and arrangements, ensuring everything was seamless. He and his concierge team exemplify what true hospitality should be. At The Club, Justin stood out for his attentiveness! He was always present and ever ready to assist during meal times. Speaking of which, the food at The Club was excellent, offering a wide variety of high quality choices that catered to different tastes. The room itself was very spacious, comfortable, and well appointed, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day! Every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to luxury and guest comfort. I would also like to commend Front Office Manager, Ms Wijayanti, who personally took the time to meet me and address a few concerns I had. Her professionalism, attentiveness and strong leadership are clearly reflected in the team’s high standard of service! Overall, every staff member I encountered at the hotel was professional, courteous and genuinely dedicated to delivering excellent service! I truly enjoyed my stay and already looking forward to returning again in June!! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a refined and luxurious stay in Jakarta!

From the guards at the entrance to the front desk, the service was consistently warm and polished. Everyone communicates with a refined and professional tone which reflects strong training and attention to detail. Wijayanti Kusuma, the Front Office Manager, stood out in particular. She gives her team the space to carry out their roles while stepping in with clear direction when needed - a leadership style that clearly translates into the team’s consistency. The arrival experience felt thoughtfully curated - from the seamless interactions to the welcoming touch of placing a selendang around your neck which added a lovely cultural element to the arrival. From day one, the experience was already impressive. We had a minor issue with the second bathroom's WC upon settling down in the suite and the technician attended to it almost immediately. Even though everything appeared to be working during testing, he still took the effort to dismantle and reassemble it just to ensure there would be no further issues. That level of thoroughness was truly appreciated. We were also very pleasantly surprised to be offered a late check-out until 4pm which made a big difference to our stay. Housekeeping was incredibly thoughtful - the swan arrangement on the bed was such a sweet touch. The amenities were well curated and the lounge experience across breakfast, lunch and dinner was consistently excellent. What really made the stay memorable was the people. The service was warm, genuine and consistent across the board. Every time we expressed our appreciation, the response was 'dengan senang hati' which honestly made our hati even more senang. Apologies if I have missed out some names but special thanks to Monicca, Anam, Fitri, Rohman and the many others who were just as wonderful. We also went for a massage at Club Olympus (Note: not on-site but Grand Hyatt is connected and just a short stroll down to the hotel) and the masseuse was so skillful 90mins felt like 9 I didn't want it to end! Also a special shoutout as well to Sidik at Wolfgang Teppan - superb service and a great sense of humour. He kept referring to me as Princess Cinderella wahahhaha I’m sure he will know exactly who this is. Overall, a truly exceptional and memorable stay.

A 5 star boutique hotel in the center of JKT with strong elegant Indonesian heritage in it's design by The House of Hadiprana. Rates are all inclusive with breakfast, lunch, cocktails and dinner. Direct access to all Grand Hyatt facilities from the 6th floor, and direct mall access to Jakarta's most exclusive mall Plaza Indonesia from Keraton's GF. Impeccable service geared towards the individual instead of the masses. Keraton is just flat out gorgeous, sophisticated and elegant. Owkay sooo with all of that said.... It's the people that make this place amazing! From the front gate to the basement to the 22nd floor, what a beautiful collective of people. Don't know how to say it but bonds were created and friendships made between my family and Keraton Staff. Thank you for the memories and Love.
