“Strategic location for less budget”
I chose this hotel for my bussines trip. Paragon is a better choice for you who has a bussines trip with less budget. The location is in the center of city. You are easy to find taxi and other public transportation.

Well, only if the hotel on good maintenance then it might look good, especially with the old decorations and such. It's look good from the outside but then just meh from the inside, although not that bad. Room clean and quite big, bathroom also OK. Water heater worked, aircon very cold, so it worke… more

“Good Oldies Needs Improvement”
I stayed in a twin bedroom for a night. The room was clean, most of the facilites worked well. But the towel bar needs to be repaired and there's pond of water on the bathroom's floor, not sure where it came from.
