I'd like to thank you to your team for the first impression and experiences during our stay at your hotel. Since the first moment when i tried to reserve the rooms for me and my families until our last step when we left your hotel. It was such an excellent experience, and i would like to mention Mr. Gunawan (F&B Manager), for the extra miles he provided when i booked my reservation to make sure that my requests were accommodated. He is an asset to your hotel and a role model to his team. The Chef (sorry i don't know his name) who i saw during breakfast always go around and checking that all the products are exceeding the guest's expectation and with the best standard of quality, the FO staffs who are welcoming us with their friendliness, the security team and everyone that made my family vacation was memorable. I know that no one is perfect and there is always room for improvement, and i understand that some part of the hotel was just finished with refurnishing and upgrading the facilities/ amenities. Therefore, some little challenges were experienced during our stay such as when i tried to do room to room call couple of time, it directed me to Front Office operator, the hair dryer was not working when my wife need to use it in the last minute (fortunately she used the one on the other room, fyi, i booked 3 rooms for my family), a bad odor / smell came out from the sink. I believed that the team will right away do their best to solve them. Overall, because of the friendliness and ready-to-service attitude from your team, I'm looking forward to having another great experience at your hotel in the future and will recommend it to my relatives, colleagues and friends. “Ideally situated in the heart of Semarang's attraction”

This place is in the middle of Simpang Lima and Lawang Sewu, two of main attraction in Semarang. This place is in the middle of Simpang Lima and Lawang Sewu, two of main attraction in Semarang. It is not far to go to other attraction such as Kota Lama, Sam Pho Kong etc. This place is not new, but it offer delicious breakfast selection especially Indonesian dishes. Do not expect super luxury place for its price. There are a lot of improvement needed such as the carpet on corridor look old and the wall in rooms and public area also old. Pantry on lift landing always in open position, it is not good for guest to see back area like that. Toilet is very far from restaurant. Better finish your toilet business before eating in this restaurant, otherwise you might lose your appetite for traveling far from restaurant for toilet.

I booked this hotel by app . This hotel located in city center of semarang closed by simpang lima. When we parking our motorcycle bit confuse because no guard there that can help us , so i think it mix between guest and employee. I booked this hotel by app . This hotel located in city center of semarang closed by simpang lima. When we parking our motorcycle bit confuse because no guard there that can help us , so i think it mix between guest and employee. Start check in around 4 pm , i do believe in those time will busy during weekend , but start with disappointed for first impression of the front desk team . I booked 1 room large bed and non smooking room but not available and they offer smoking room . We take it but still disappointed , i thought they didn't read our reservation carefully when they got my reservation by app. They just asked our ID for copy it and fill reservation form and give the keys but they didn't give us clearly information about the hotel. Likes where and what time breakfast take place , another facilities. When we arrived to the room they said my room number is 502 and i try to open it ,but it didn't work and i check in the small envelope the room is 503. Luckily the guest in 502 didn't know this case because i saw the guest 502 came around after i move to 503 . The room is spacious and comfort but during the night we sleep, i can hear the next door guest turn on tv till morning because our room has connecting door. Swimming pool in 3rd floor not large but its okay, we looking the pool towel we didn't find it even pool attendant we didn't find it too. Breakfast at 2nd floor , the menu has so many choice , you can take it by yourself. When we meet the employee , almost of them less hospitality to greet the guest sometimes i do first , i think they need to improve their hospitality . I only found 1 women in front desk that she has good impression on hospitality during my check out time with gray uniform , didn't likes the 1 women in front desk with orange uniform during my check in which look didn't care about the guest. I hope it will be a good improvement in the future .

“Semarang trip”

Overall the hotel okay and in strategic location near simpang lima. In my opinion the hotel needs upgrades in their room coz its quite outdated. The staff here very helpful & nice, when my room aircon not cold enough they took care of the matter nicely. I’m quite happy here & hope we can stay here … more

Overall the hotel okay and in strategic location near simpang lima. In my opinion the hotel needs upgrades in their room coz its quite outdated. The staff here very helpful & nice, when my room aircon not cold enough they took care of the matter nicely. I’m quite happy here & hope we can stay here again if we come again to Semarang
