I enjoyed a delightful Thai dinner this Saturday evening, graciously welcomed by the wonderful hostess, Mrs Okta. She was exceptionally kind and attentive, even offering a complimentary drink, which was a lovely touch. The food itself was outstanding. As my mother is from Thailand, I can confidently say the dishes were both authentic and truly delicious. Do keep up the excellent atmosphere, RA Suites Simatupang. Once again, thank you very much for such a pleasant experience.

The most comfortable place to stayed with family. One of cozy things i This hotel is easily one of the most comfortable and delightful places to stay with family. The atmosphere feels warm and relaxing, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. One of my favourite spots has to be the swimming pool area on the 5th floor — such a lovely place to unwind while enjoying the charming city views. It’s the perfect balance of calm and scenery. There’s also a pool bar and restaurant called “MUM THAI,” which adds a nice touch to the whole experience. The service there was genuinely warm and welcoming. A special mention to Miss Okta for her kindness and attentiveness — it truly made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you so much, and wishing you a lovely day always

we had a multi-day meeting at RA Suites Simatupang, including lunch buffet sessions and a closing dinner on day three. overall, the experience was positive and I would like to give special thanks to the sales and banquet teams for their fast response, professionalism, and support throughout the event. the staff were kind, attentive, and quick to assist whenever issues arose. there were a few coordination challenges that could be improved. on last day, our projector was changed without prior confirmation and replaced with a lower-quality unit, but once we raised the concern, the team responded quickly and returned the original equipment. some operational arrangements also created minor inconveniences —for example, the snack plate placement was moved closer to the entrance/exit area on the day two, which caused congestion and a few collisions between people leaving and those queueing for the snacks. water bottle refilling could also be more proactive, as replacements were mainly done during our rest time rather than during coffee breaks. that said, we also acknowledge that this expectation was not fully clarified from our side beforehand. during the final dinner, there was a misunderstanding regarding area blocking within the restaurant. although our group had booked the space in advance (and the restaurant staff didn’t place the other group name board). we were asked to move in the middle of our meal, which was inconvenient. the sales team helped coordinate with the restaurant manager, who handled the situation professionally by apologizing and offering complimentary items as a goodwill gesture. on the positive side, the team was flexible with timing —on the last day we ran about 40 minutes late and they were accommodating rather than strict, which we truly appreciated. the buffet food had many variations and tasted good, and we also appreciated the free refreshments available outside the hall beyond the coffee break package. overall, despite some coordination issues, the team’s responsiveness, kindness, and willingness to resolve problems made a positive impression. with improved internal communication and operational coordination, this venue has strong potential for seamless meetings and events.
