“Awesome Hotel”
Amazing stay! The service was top-notch, staff were super friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and clean, with a stunning view. Loved the gymnastic and pool. “Good”
The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and close to the mall. The staff is also helpful, but the room size is smaller than other Novotel hotels I usually stay at, namely Mangga Dua Square and Gajah Mada. The breakfast is delicious and has a lot of choices. Thx
